Location and Transfers
Located on the north-westerly tip of Cyprus on the Akamas Peninsula, 0.4km from the village of Latchi.
The hotel is approximately 1 hour and 10 minutes by car from Paphos International Airport.
Whitewashed buildings and elegant Mediterranean decor impart all the charm of a traditional Cypriot village. Choose from 175 rooms and suites located in the main building or in villas around the village square. All rooms have balconies and complimentary WiFi access. Some suites have private plunge pools and whirlpools on sea-facing terraces.
Garden View Room – located in the resort’s main building, these cool Mediterranean-style rooms have a colourful view across Anassa’s secluded gardens to the lush hills of Neo Chorio beyond. These rooms can accommodate a maximum of two people and a baby cot
Studio Suites – located in the resort’s main building, the sea-view Studio Suites showcase a distinctive Mediterranean design with marble floors and louvred shutters and king-size or two three-quarter beds. Accessed via winding pathways, the white-walled suites open via louvered shutters open onto vibrant views of Cyprus’s unspoilt north-west coastline. Outside, the private, sea-view pools are heated in winter. Interconnecting options are available – both with other Garden Studio Suites or Junior Suites (with or without plunge pool). Junior Suite – these suites can be found in both the main building and in individual residences within the gardens. With a very comfortable lounge area and a view to the sea, they feel spacious and airy, aided by cool marble floors, stylish Mediterranean furnishings and louvred doors. Some Junior Suites interconnect with Garden Studio Suites

One Bedroom Suites – located in the main building overlooking the landscaped gardens. Custom-made furnishings, marble floors and a striking blue and white colour scheme showcase cool, Mediterranean elegance. The bedroom has a spacious ensuite with an additional bathroom with shower located off the living room. Each suite has a balcony or a terrace, suitable for private dining, with sweeping views of the Mediterranean Sea and the unspoilt coastline of north-west Cyprus. Some suites also have a fireplace. Three Bedrooom Suites – benefit from panoramic views across Chrysochou Bay, the Polis coastline and the hills of the Akamas Peninsula. They are located in the main building and exude a sense of spaciousness and coolness with large open-plan lounge area, Mediterranean-style furniture and louvred shutters. All bedrooms have king-size beds and can accommodate a total of nine people e.g six adults and three children or four adults and five children
Panorama Suite – these spacious suites with open-plan living room take their name from their sweeping views over Chrysochou Bay, the Polis coastline and the hills of the Akamas Peninsula. Located in the resort’s main building, they have king-size beds, Mediterranean-style furniture, louvred shutters and the option to interconnect with Studio Suites
Adonis & Aphrodite Suites – these two opulent one-bedroom suites are situated on the top floor of the main building. With a luxurious bathroom with sea views and a private whirlpool on the balcony, both suites maximise their elevated position overlooking the infinite blue of the Mediterranean, the Akamas Peninsula and New Chorio Village. Furnishings include antiques and a fireplace
Anax Suite – meaning ‘King’ in classical Greek, the Anax Suite is a palatial retreat located on Anassa’s highest floor. Highlights include a sumptuously decorated rotunda sitting room with painted domed ceiling and arched windows showcasing wide-reaching views of Chrysochou Bay. Wrought iron, cast stone and carved wood furniture are complemented by elegant antiques and rich fabrics in calming shades of cream, sand and oatmeal. The vast bedroom can accommodate either one or two beds
The Alexandros Residence – this is an opulent two-storey, two-bedroom villa set within its own private gardens. The villa has its own entrance foyer, separate dining room/living room with fireplace, a study/library and a kitchenette. Lavish interiors include antiques and original art. Two ensuite bedrooms are located on the upper floor, each with its own balcony. The large ground floor terrace has a private pool (3.7 x 7.5 metres) with uninterrupted views across Chrysochou Bay
Aether – introducing a new deluxe 3 bedroom villa at Anassa with a large private pool for 2011. Designed by Parisien Designer, Joelle Pléot. Aether features a spacious living room, decorated in a unique style with bespoke handcrafted furniture, a fully equipped kitchen, dining room, a small study and the option of 2 or 3 bedrooms.
