Cap Maison offers creative and contemporary cuisine at the Cliff at Cap restaurant, incorporating French West Indian influences with the focus on fresh ingredients – perched on a cliff edge, arguably St Lucia’s most spectacular dining setting.
Location and Transfers
Cap Maison is located above the beautiful Smugglers Cove beach in St. Lucia’s Cap Estate, a 1 hour 30 minute transfer from Hewanorra International Airport.
Accommodation
Cap Maison consists of 49 rooms spread out within two storey villa style accommodation; the luxury accommodation is designed to be as flexible as possible, so that a 3 bedroom villa includes a villa suite, a junior suite and a de luxe room. Guests can add or subtract accommodation according to their needs, or combine two or more villas.
Gardenview Rooms – nestled in the verdant tropical gardens, these rooms are tastefully intimate and have either a King size bed or Twin beds depending on the guests preference. The ensuite bathrooms have blue and white hand-painted tiles adding to their charm. A balcony or terrace offers outdoor relaxation and dining possibilities
Junior Suites – these beautifully appointed rooms have partial ocean views and overlook the tropical gardens from a private veranda. Luxurious bathrooms, spacious living area complete the design and some include an outdoor shower. Hand-painted tiles in the ensuite bathrooms and rich fabric in the bedrooms assure an elegant warm atmosphere
Courtyard Villa Suites – these comfortable and spacious villa suites are located in the beautiful Spanish Courtyard. With its warm tiles and balustrades amidst tropical gardens, they overlook the pretty courtyard pool. They feature a separate living/dining area and a large private terrace or balcony accessed by both the bedroom and living area. These suites can be self contained with options for private dining. It is a brilliant option for a young family, not wishing to organise and traipse down to the Cliff for breakfast every day. Equally they are centrally located and the Spanish Courtyard is a pretty vista from your balcony. Parents can oversee older children playing in the Courtyard pool from the loungers on the balconies
Oceanview Villa Suite with Jacuzzi – situated on a bluff overlooking Naked Fisherman Beach and surrounded by beautiful tropical gardens, these large split level suites come with a downstairs living/dining area with private veranda and upstairs a four poster King size bed, walk in wardrobe and an outside Jacuzzi on the balcony. The private Jacuzzi and the secluded location make an obvious choice for a romantic couple who are looking for intimacy but also plenty of space. *Not recommended for anyone that has difficulty with stairs
Oceanview Villa Suite with Pool – these spacious villa suites are located on the ground floor and feature a large separate living and dining area. They all have wonderful ocean views and are surrounded by balconies, terraces and verdant tropical landscaping. You are never very far from anything in the resort when you book one of these gorgeous suites. The Cliff at Cap, Bar, Main pool, Rock Maison, Reception, boutique, Spa Maison and Fitness room are at your fingertips, since these centrally located suites are ground floor. Great for families, but couples may prefer the rooftop suites
Oceanview Villa Suite with Pool & Roof Terrace – offer some of the most spacious accommodation in the Eastern Caribbean. A large master bedroom leads off the living/dining room, kitchen and huge private verandas. The bedroom decor is in natural, rich Caribbean colours, with bathrooms featuring tumbled marble and travertine basins and a large bath-tub. Upstairs is a stunning roof terrace with a private pool, loungers, a dining area with spectacular views over the Caribbean Sea and the mountains to the South.
This particular suite will suit a family or a couple for different reasons. Families will love the space and the self contained design and the roof garden* gives a family an additional space to spread out. Couples will love the privacy and the romance of having your own private pool and sun deck all to yourselves.

The Cliff at Cap – offers casual breakfasts and lunches and at night transforms into a fine dining experience with creative, contemporary cuisine incorporating French West Indian influences
The Naked Fisherman Beach Bar & Grill – Smuggler’s Cove beach, is where ‘Cap’ guests love to relax during the day. It provides a “toes in the the sand” moment, whilst listening to the sweet lapping of the waves, or watching stunning sunsets. The “Naked Fisherman” is located right on the beach under a thatched Caribbean style roof, with a state of the art BBQ grill. The atmosphere is less formal than the Cliff, but the food is taken just as seriously
Cellar Maison – the enviable collection at Cap includes: rare champagnes, grand cru Bordeaux, fine Burgundies, orange wines, organic and biodynamic wines made naturally and a collection of fun unpretentious grape varietals from Cap Maison’s new world selection. Before lunch or dinner, ask the sommelier to take you to the wine cellar and show you around the collection of 2,000 bottles as he helps you make your selection
Private Dining – where Cap Maison excels and there are some very creative options to consider. Whether you plan a romantic hideaway dinner for two, or a family celebration or a party… Cap Maison can deliver something very special
Bars – Cap Maison has three bars, the Cliff bar adjacent to the namsesake restaurant, the bar at The Naked Fisherman on the beach and Theo’s bar (named after the family patriarch Theo). Theo’s is found in the main house and is a place to relax, read a book or watch TV and you are not bothered by staff! You simply help yourself to drinks on an “honesty” basis, noting your drinks on the pad provided!
The Cliff bar carries a full range of premium brands and the staff are expert at the art of cocktails as you would expect from a luxury Caribbean resort
