Set to open November 2018, Silversands will introduce a new way to experience Grenada, the Spice of the Caribbean. The first major resort project to open on Grand Anse Beach in 25 years, the resort will include 43 spacious suites, as well as nine Hillside and Beachfront residential villas. The sleek property will be anchored by a stunning 100 metre pool – the longest in the Caribbean. Guests and villa owners will enjoy access to The Silversands Spa, a chic beachfront club and a Thai restaurant drawing on Grenada’s reputation as “the Spice of the Caribbean.” Moreover, Silversands Grenada will entice travellers to explore the last secret hideaway in the Caribbean, an unspoiled island peppered with pristine white sand beaches, sparkling waterfalls, lush rainforests, vibrant food culture and one of the warmest welcomes in the world.

Silversands Grenada will span across two main buildings off Grand Anse Beach encompassing 39 spacious Guestrooms with seating area, three One Bedroom Suites and a sprawling Penthouse spanning 2,066 square feet including sweeping views of the sea and grounds from two private terraces.
All accommodations feature modern open floor plans with floor-to-ceiling windows allowing the natural beauty of Grenada to flow across the suite’s natural wood and stone textures and light hardwood floors. Rooms include King size platform beds (surrounded by floor-to-ceiling remote controlled curtains) ideally situated for maximum views. Modern furniture with minimalistic lines and muted colours will celebrate comfort and modern style and a smart entertainment system with portable tech will grant unlimited access to video entertainment, glossy publications and newspapers. A curated selection of original art works will be featured in every guestroom, as well as throughout the resort.
Each ensuite bath at Silversands Grenada is designed with the modern traveller in mind, with space, privacy and light reigning supreme. All bathrooms include at least 134 square feet of sleek space outfitted with a deep soaking tub and separate rain shower, double vanity units, frosted glass water closet and plenty of storage. One Bedroom Suite baths and Penthouse Suite baths feature floor to ceiling louvred windows providing natural light and views of the ocean and connect to a dressing room with built-in wardrobes.
Residential Villas – nine residential villas will be unobtrusively peppered into the surrounding landscape. These include five Beachfront Villas and four Hillside villas
A focus on community and culture will flow through the menus at Silversands Grenada, along with global influence. The resort will include two distinct dining venues: The Grenadian Grill a casual beach club-style poolside lunch and dinner restaurant serving casual fare, including a selection of authentic Grenadian dishes; and Asiatique, an Asian-influenced dinner venue showcasing Grenada’s wild abundance of local ingredients and spices. A cigar and rum bar, Puro, will entice guests for nightcaps and conversation over moonlit views.
With an open-air, feet in the sand ambiance, The Grenadian Grill will offer beachfront dining with refined yet authentic island cuisine, including fresh line-caught seafood, local produce and organic grass-fed beef prepared in Josper ovens. The casual, sun-soaked venue will also include an impressive wine list featuring more than 100 varietals from around the world, including a range of unique rosés. When night falls, the 62-seat restaurant will transition to a more sophisticated experience, including exquisite fresh seafood, small plates and a raw bar, all designed to encourage sharing and mingling.
Open daily for dinner, Asiatique will serve Asian-influenced cuisine with a focus on Thai flavours and crudos created from ingredients abundant on Grenada, including kefir lime, ginger and holy basil. With soaring high ceilings housing the strong design within, the sleek restaurant will overlook the pool and sea beyond. Guests and villa residents will also be able to book cooking classes with the restaurant team, allowing them to learn about Grenada’s local ingredients and bring the island’s unique flavour to life in their own home kitchens.
Silversands Grenada will also include a curated cigar and rum bar called Puro. Overlooking the resort’s striking central pool, the intimate lounge-style space will feature a boutique collection of rare, small batch rums from the best Caribbean distilleries, including locally-sourced Grenadian rums. A meticulously selected range of fine cigars sourced from around the globe will delight aficionados and burgeoning enthusiasts alike.
